- June 2024: Participation in the North Carolina Realtors Legislative Meetings and Expo allowed us to introduce our innovative benefit plans to their members.
Expanding Client Base
- September 2024: CGI Digital came on board with a nonqualified benefit plan, entrusting us with their employees’ benefit plans, a testament to our growing reputation.
Enhancing Existing Programs
- Throughout 2024: We’ve been instrumental in growing Crye-Leike’s nonqualified benefit plan, achieving an 11% increase in participation, now exceeding 500 agents and employees.
Community and Network Building
- October 2024: At the Crye-Leike’s annual Wealth Building Plan reception at Nashoba in Memphis, TN, and The Realty Alliance annual meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah, we met with and presented nonqualified benefit plans to the owners and brokers of the top independent real estate companies across America.
2025 Expectations
In the upcoming year, our focus will be on consolidation and expansion.
- Continued Partnership with The Realty Alliance: After our initial engagements in October 2024, we plan to solidify these connections. Through webinars scheduled for January and another meeting in April 2025, we aim to bring our financial planning expertise to more real estate professionals.
- Ongoing Support for Crye-Leike: Our successful partnership with Crye-Leike and their Wealth Building Plan will continue to be a priority. Our goal is to further expand this program, ensuring it remains a cornerstone of financial stability for their agents and employees.
